General Manager - Australia Page Executive

As the General Manager for the Australian operations, you will be a commercially astute and hands‑on leader with experience in industrial, building products, B2B, or related sectors. You will lead and manage the Australian business across sales, operations, and supply chain. You will also lead and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the business. Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving commercial growth and customer engagement across B2B channels.
- Identifying market opportunities and lead the development of new business initiatives.
- Developing and leading a high‑performing, accountable team culture. This also includes mentoring and supporting the leadership team to achieve their objectives.
- Strengthening relationships with OEMs, distributors, and large installers.
- Implementing KPIs aligned with a clear business vision and strategic goals.
- Improving operational efficiency and inventory management.
- Promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
