• Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum
• Flexible working hours to suit the right candidate, typically Monday to Friday, 12 to 45 hours per week

• Proven experience in garage management or workshop supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of all makes and models of vehicles
• Good understanding of automotive workshop processes
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands
• Motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Full driving licence
