An excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in precision assembly who is looking for the chance to join a rapidly expanding company who can offer progression to management within 12 months.
This well established company specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist systems for clients around the UK. They have developed an excellent reputation within their industry and are currently going through a period of rapid growth. Due to this, they are now looking for a Senior Workshop Technician to join their expert team.
In this role you will be playing a key role in the company's workshop, leading the assembly and build of a range of specialist electromechanical products for client projects around the UK. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to progress into management within 12 months, where you will take over the running of a brand new workshop.
This role would therefore suit an individual with a strong background in precision mechanical assembly who is looking for the chance to progress their career into management whilst working for a rapidly expanding company.
The Role:
Leading assembly & build of electromechanical products
Ensuring high precision & quality of work
Progression into management within 12 months
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Progression + Benefits
The Person :
Experienced with precision mechanical assembly
Able to read engineering drawings
Wants to progress into management
