Overview
A busy manufacturing client based in Horsham is seeking an Assembler / Production Operative to join their friendly, hardworking team.
These roles offer immediate starts, full training, and excellent working conditions perfect if you’re looking for a reliable, long-term position with a well-established local company.
Shift TimesDay Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00‑16:30 (Billingshurst/Outskirts of Horsham)
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday 06:30‑14:30
Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday 14:15‑22:15, Friday 13:00‑21:00
Responsibilities- Assemble parts and components
- Operate basic machinery
- Pick and pack products
- Support general warehouse and production operations
- Experience in Assembly
- Experience in Production
- Experience in Warehouse
- Experience in Manufacturing
- Immediate start available
- Full training provided
- Free on-site parking and close to Horsham train station
- Casual dress
- Weekly pay
- Overtime offered at x1.5 during busy periods
- PPE provided (you’ll just need your own safety boots)
