Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for impactful communication and brand building? At Ceres, we’re pioneering clean energy technology and we’re looking for a Senior Communications Manager to lead the charge in shaping how the world sees and understands our mission.

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll define and execute the strategic direction of all communications activity across the business. From crafting compelling internal narratives to leading global media relations, you’ll ensure our messaging supports growth, strengthens brand equity, and engages a diverse range of stakeholders across the energy and digital infrastructure sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy aligned with business goals
  • Own and evolve the company narrative and messaging framework
  • Lead international media relations and act as the primary media contact
  • Manage external PR agencies to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Deliver high-impact campaigns that support commercial objectives
  • Partner with Commercial teams to align messaging with market needs
  • Define and deliver internal communications that drive employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the People Team on executive communications, internal events, and rollouts
  • Create tools and processes for effective communication across all sites
  • Track and assess internal communications effectiveness
  • Support STEM initiatives and employee engagement forums

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Several years’ experience in a fast paced marketing, communications, or PR within technical or professional services environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing external agencies, and planning events
  • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels from frontline teams to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated success in team and budget management
