Horticultural Assistant

We are delighted to be supporting a wonderful client who is looking for a Horticultural Assistant. They are a family‑run supplier of garden plants, working with garden centres, landscape gardeners and large planting projects across Southeast England. It’s a fantastic place to work — and an ideal summer placement for anyone passionate about horticulture. You’ll join a friendly team committed to growing, nurturing and distributing beautiful plants, trees and shrubs.

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

£12.21 per hour

Temporary role for 4 months

• Operating the potting machine
• Working on the transplanting line
• Labelling plants with prices
• Selecting the highest‑quality plants to fulfil orders
• Moving plant trolleys around the nursery
• Loading and unloading trolleys
