Property Coordinator, Estate Agency (Lettings) – Based Portsmouth, Hampshire

Basic Salary: £25,000

Work Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 2 days 9am-5pm, 3 days 9am-5:30pm

Ideally you will have some kind of understanding of property lettings

• Deliver personal, professional property maintenance advice to landlords and tenants.
• Manage property maintenance issues efficiently and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain the key register and manage contractor database.
• Coordinate with lettings offices for end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy tasks.

• A good understanding of the lettings process is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Positive energy, a passion for great service and the ability to build strong relationship.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• IT proficiency and a “can do” attitude.
