Sales & Customer Account Executive
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier who are looking to welcome a Customer Account Executive to join their supportive team in Henfield. They’re not necessarily looking for someone with extensive sales/account manager experience – instead, they’re looking for the right person. Someone with common sense, a proactive mindset & willingness to learn.

* The Role
As a Sales & Customer Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers & driving sales, acting as a trusted point of contact for your accounts.
Managing the enquiries inbox & ensuring quotes & orders are handled promptly
Acting as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
Building & maintaining long term customer relationships
Making outbound calls to proactively engage customers & identify new business opportunities
Re-engaging non-spending customers & maximising branch engagement
Supporting with pricing queries & upselling opportunities

The Person
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident & enjoys working with people

Previous sales administration, customer service experience
Confident speaking on the phone, including outbound calls
A proactive, practical approach with good judgement
Strong communication skills & a positive attitude
The Package

Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
20 days holiday + BH & Christmas Shutdown
Salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of up to £35,000pa DOE
