Sales & Customer Account Executive

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier who are looking to welcome a Customer Account Executive to join their supportive team in Henfield. They’re not necessarily looking for someone with extensive sales/account manager experience – instead, they’re looking for the right person. Someone with common sense, a proactive mindset & willingness to learn.

Please note – A full UK driving licence is required

As a Sales & Customer Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers & driving sales, acting as a trusted point of contact for your accounts.

• Managing the enquiries inbox & ensuring quotes & orders are handled promptly
• Acting as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
• Building & maintaining long term customer relationships
• Making outbound calls to proactively engage customers & identify new business opportunities
• Re‑engaging non‑spending customers & maximising branch engagement
• Supporting with pricing queries & upselling opportunities

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident & enjoys working with people

• Previous sales administration, customer service experience
• Confident speaking on the phone, including outbound calls
• A proactive, practical approach with good judgement
• Strong communication skills & a positive attitude

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
• 20 days holiday + BH & Christmas Shutdown
• Salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of up to £35,000pa DOE
