We are looking for a highly motivated Head of New Business Sales to lead from the front. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic, high-energy environment, coaching a team of sales professionals, and personally driving new revenue. The Role

As the Head of New Business Sales, you will be the driving force behind our new client acquisition strategy. You will balance team leadership with personal sales contribution, ensuring that we deliver exceptional quality and tailored solutions to our new customers

Key areas of focus include:

Leadership & Team Development:
Creating an exciting atmosphere, incentivising collaboration, and developing individuals through regular coaching andsessions.

Driving Quality:
Ensuring that all sold solutions meet customer requirements and deliver on internal profitability expectations.

Leading from the Front:
Contributing to the teamwide target through self-efficient sales, building a pipeline, and closing new logos.

Performance Reporting:
Owning the individual and teamwide KPI performance, reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures.

Process Management:
Maintaining accurate process maps, CRM hygiene, and ensuring adherence to all ISO documentation relating to the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

* Lead and develop the New Business sales team, driving continuous improvement of processes, systems, and working practices.

* Host morning meetings to effectively organise resources, communicate targets, and plan the daily course of action.

* Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and annual reviews, managing individuals in line with company expectations.

* Introduce fresh incentives to motivate the team, appreciating and recognising high performers.

Sales Strategy & Quality Control

* Continuously seek to improve sales performance through monitoring all leads, conversions, and sales activity.

* Carry out regular QA audits on calls and emails to ensure the highest quality of communication and content is being delivered to prospective customers.

* Manage and drive both meeting and financial pipelines.

* Pro-actively keep up to date with the latest industry practices and products to enhance team knowledge.

Personal Sales Contribution

* Build a personal, sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.

* Book and attend client meetings as a figure of seniority to help close major deals.

* Own and deliver upon an individual sales target alongside your team targets.

Reporting & Operations

* Compile regular management reports to forecast and manage resources effectively to ensure targets are achieved.

* Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures and Management Information (MI) to senior leadership.

* Ensure clear and descriptive notes are added every time a ticket is actioned, driving best working practices across the Sales Team.

* Follow defined Global 4 guidelines and escalation processes.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following competencies and align with our core values:

* A minimum of 3+ years of leading and managing high revenue sales teams

* Be able to demonstrate experience in developing sales people in consultative solution selling.

* Sales experience transacting with clients primarily by phone or face to face, ideally within a similar industry.

* Must have a professional telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with all levels of business including high-profile executives.
