An established aerospace organisation is seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to support daily operations within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Working within a small, collaborative team, you will take ownership of despatch, inventory accuracy, import processing and operational compliance.

The Role

• Coordinate and prepare goods for despatch

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams

• Manage goods-in, returns and import documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory and customs-controlled stock records

• Oversee daily vehicle checks and fleet compliance

• Produce operational reports and maintain ERP system accuracy

• Ensure 5S standards across operational areas

About You

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or despatch operations

• Supervisory or team coordination experience advantageous

• Understanding of import/export documentation

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment

• Full UK driving licence
