Senior Accountant

A well‑established and growing organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to support its expanding operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, improving processes, and partnering across the business to ensure strong financial discipline.

• Lead core accounting activities, including monthly and annual close tasks
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and detailed supporting analyses
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies
• Coordinate with auditors by providing schedules, documentation, and explanations as needed
• Support variance analysis and help explain financial trends to leadership
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving systems, automation, and overall process efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
