As a Senior Accountant
, you will be a cornerstone of our corporate accounting function. We are looking for a professional who has spent 3–4 years mastering the art of the audit and is now ready to apply that expertise to financial statement preparation, complex month-end closures, and high-level reporting.

• Full-cycle preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring 100% accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
• Lead the month-end close process with a focus on speed and precision. You will manage journal entries, complex accruals, and intercompany reconciliations with the rigor of an external auditor.
Act as the lead liaison for external auditors. Leverage your public accounting background to prepare flawless work papers and proactively resolve complex technical inquiries.
• Develop and refine financial reporting packages that provide actionable insights to our senior stakeholders.
• Identify efficiencies in manual processes and implement scalable solutions that enhance our control environment.
• Stay ahead of evolving US GAAP standards and apply them to our unique business transactions.

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• A background in Public Accounting (Audit) is essential. We have a strong preference for candidates coming from Big 4, Tier 2 firms (e.g., BDO, Grant Thornton, RSM, Baker Tilly) or Top Regional firms (e.g., Kreischer Miller, Withum, Citrin Cooperman).
Deep-rooted understanding of financial statements, footnotes, and the "mechanics" of a sophisticated general ledger.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or active CPA Candidate is highly preferred.
• You should be an expert in data manipulation (Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas).
