Executive Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Role
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, optimizing time management, prioritizing tasks, and streamlining daily operations.
  • Oversee complex scheduling, including calendars, travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Draft, prioritize, and manage both internal and external communications.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, off-sites, and executive events.
  • Monitor action items, deliverables, and post‑meeting follow‑ups to ensure accountability.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality while serving as a trusted advisor.
Personal Assistant Role (Supporting)
  • Handle personal appointments, family schedules, and individual calendars.
  • Manage personal correspondence, deliveries, and logistical needs.
  • Assist with errands, personal travel, and household‑related requirements.
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless residential operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for family, friends, and personal networks.
  • Support the planning and execution of personal and philanthropic events.
  • Oversee special projects and ad‑hoc requests on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least four years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual collaboration tools.
