We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Manager, Bioethics, Policy & Partnerships (BPP).

Purpose:

The Sr. Manager, Bioethics, Policy & Partnerships (BPP) will report to the Director, Bioethics, Policy, & Partnerships (BPP) and will be responsible for providing project management (PM) support for the BPP team and selected Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) priorities. This role does not develop or deliver content; but provides critical project management support to enable OCMO strategies.

• Project Management (PM) Support for OCMO communications-related activities
• Partners with OCMO colleagues and external communications agencies to execute cross-OCMO communications strategy.
• Partners with OCMO Strategy and Operations (S&O) support personnel and functional area representatives to coordinate the execution of internal employee communications (e.g. town halls).
• Develops and maintains an OCMO Communications plan for town halls and other employee communications, including milestones, owners, dependencies, review cycles, and final delivery dates.
• Project Management (PM) Support for OCMO Policy Stewardship Process
• Partners with BPP Policy Integration & Education team to support the implementation and execution of the OCMO Policy Stewardship process.
• This includes but is not limited to stakeholder outreach to ensure timely resolution and tracking of outcomes.
• Builds and manages policy stewardship workplans that map each policy through intake, assessment, stakeholder consultation, drafting, review, approval, implementation, and periodic reassessment.
• Coordinates stakeholder outreach and review cycles, consolidates comments, tracks disposition of feedback, and confirms resolution of open issues and approvals.
• Maintains a centralized tracker of policy owners, accountable decision-makers, review dates, dependencies, risks, decisions, and implementation commitments.
• Prepares concise status updates and governance materials that highlight progress, upcoming milestones, overdue actions, decision points, and matters requiring escalation.
