Your Role

As an Infant Assistant Teacher
, you’ll work closely with the Lead Teacher to:

  • Provide responsive, consistent, and loving care to infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months
  • Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment aligned with best practices
  • Support developmental milestones through play, routines, and individualized attention
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and enriching classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
  • CDA or working toward an early childhood credential (preferred but not required)
  • A warm, patient, and nurturing disposition
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Commitment to high standards of care and continuous learning
