As an Infant Assistant Teacher
, you’ll work closely with the Lead Teacher to:
- Provide responsive, consistent, and loving care to infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months
- Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment aligned with best practices
- Support developmental milestones through play, routines, and individualized attention
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and enriching classroom environment
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
- CDA or working toward an early childhood credential (preferred but not required)
- A warm, patient, and nurturing disposition
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Commitment to high standards of care and continuous learning
