Financial Analyst II

The Financial Analyst II at Myonex is responsible for performing various aspects of accounting and finance at Myonex, LLC. and subsidiaries. This position will partner with sites, service lines, and departments across the organization to provide valuable insights, drive data-driven analysis, and ensure forecast projections and financial models match the organization’s overall goals. This position will provide innovative ideas that will improve how the organization looks at financial and non-financial data.

This position will be capable of identifying and managing priorities while balancing various responsibilities within Finance and sites.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite three (3) days a week at Myonex Headquarters in Horsham, PA.

• Collaborate with site managers and service line leaders, as assigned, to develop budget and forecast and provide monthly analysis.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Global FP&A and site managers in preparing budget and forecast for assigned sites and cost centers.
• Responsible for the monthly financial closing for assigned sites to ensure the overall financial statements of Myonex accurately reflect the financial performance.
• Perform analysis of actual results against forecasts/budgets to better understand variances and business drivers.
• Responsible for the analysis and presentation of assigned financial and operational information to assess, interpret, and predict business performance to support management decisions.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and refining financial models, forecasts, analyses, and reports to better understand financial trends and financial opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and monthly reporting package for the leadership team of Myonex.
• Collaborate with business and operational team members to effectively complete job responsibilities while sharing information to increase the financial knowledge of business and operational team members.
• Collaborate across the broader finance team to ensure cohesive operations, shared knowledge, and unified support of organizational objectives.
• Support the finance team through the year-end financial audit.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

• Bachelor's degree required - with significant coursework in economics, accounting, or business preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience either in public or private accounting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Accountable and responsible with a results-oriented mindset is needed.
• Must be able to recognize and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success as an effective, collaborative team player while also functioning independently.
• Competent computer skills:
  Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, etc.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP is a plus.
