Sign‑on Bonus: $525.00 (once 300 hours worked and 90% EVV compliance)

• Assist client with daily living activities as indicated by their care plan.
• Demonstrate understanding of and encourage the independent living philosophy.
• Complete competency examination after training and orientation, and annual re‑certification.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information as per HIPAA regulations.
• Complete instrumental activities of daily living per client’s Plan of Care.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective communication with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Pass JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program with at least 80%.
• U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
