Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is recruiting for an Associate Director, Data Strategy and Management (IMM) within the Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation (CEDT) team. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to assume the role of Associate Director, Data Management (IMM). This individual will act as the primary data quarterback for the Immunology TA and will implement the data strategy and data operations for portfolio and future launches. The Associate Director will be the primary point of contact for leading and coordinating activities related to the consumption and transformation of data to support ongoing downstream applications such as incentive compensation, field reporting, analytics, and forecasting.

This individual governs all business process rules and provides regular communications regarding status of data quality and impact of market events. They will collaborate with data vendors and agencies on data acquisition and contracting and ensuring value for data-related investments. Functioning as a subject matter authority, they will support ad hoc, data‑centric business questions, and will partner with IT and other business partners to proactively resolve data issues and support large, complex data initiatives.

• Lead the ongoing quality and application of JJIM data pipeline supporting the sales and marketing organization, ensuring high‑quality data and appropriate use.
• Act as “go to” key contact within the StAT organization for data related needs, queries, and issues and advise business teams on the best data sources to leverage for a given business question or insight.
• Lead the data governance program for the IMM portfolio; actively supervise data quality and resolve data‑related issues and disruptions.
• Lead data on‑boarding / change management / issue resolution / data integration projects for existing products and new launches — build project plans, perform validation and organizational change activities.
• Lead data‑centric projects to resolution, through resource management, execution, and communication (e.g., data onboarding, data events/disruptions).
• Collaborate with internal business partners on data validation and data coordination activities for both field‑based (incentive compensation) internal reports/systems (sales forecasting).
• Engage business process owners to align on the action plan on the mitigation of data events/changes on various commercial operations processes (e.g., Incentive Compensation, Sales Forecasting etc.).
