. Our mission is to build a world where complex diseases can be prevented, treated and cured through innovative healthcare solutions. The role is located in either Horsham, Pennsylvania or Titusville, New Jersey, with an expectation of onsite presence 3 days per week.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams with minimal direction to identify, recommend, and execute enterprise business solutions.
- Guide teams through project planning, risk register development, and milestone tracking.
- Drive project activities to meet business objectives and secure approvals through governance processes.
- Influence stakeholders beyond own scope and maintain clear communication across all levels.
- Ensure team accountability for deliverables and project milestones.
- Manage performance, assess business impact and risks, and simplify complex information for presentation.
- Facilitate options analysis, scenario planning and lead recommendation development.
- Identify and recommend enterprise business propositions and drive team‑aligned solutions.
- Engage teams in healthy debate, resolve conflicts, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Control scope definitions, stakeholder alignment, resource and risk management, and team communication.
- Develop and maintain up‑to‑date project timelines, dashboards, and status reports.
- Lead lessons‑learned exercises, share insights with project leaders and teams.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant business experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver results.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Enterprise‑wide knowledge of leading cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with New Product Introduction and/or Life Cycle Project Management.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Process Excellence or Six Sigma training/certification.
- Leadership and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Experience with standard PM tools and templates.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- International working environment exposure preferred.
This position may require up to 15% domestic and international travel and includes 3 days per week onsite at the home office location.
Compensation and BenefitsAnticipated base pay range: $102,000 - $177,100 per year. For more details on pay transparency, visit
