As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will develop a team responsible for providing full building operations and maintenance for a campus of office buildings with an approximate $4M annual operating budget.

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor staff. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Schedule and lead the team's daily activities: establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross‑train staff, set and track departmental deadlines, and coach as needed.
• Coordinate and run facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and handle capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety standard processes.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3‑5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
