* The Senior Manager, Field Operations, Oncology will partner with Oncology senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and optimize operational processes that enable the field sales organization to achieve its business objectives. This individual will translate strategy into disciplined execution and work directly with field sales leadership to drive consistent implementation across the organization.

The role is accountable for developing and implementing scalable field operational capabilities and aligning support from internal business partners. The objective is to improve field effectiveness, customer engagement, and execution across the Oncology organization.

The Senior Manager will establish and lead operational work streams supporting the national Oncology field sales organization, including field deployment, incentive compensation, field reporting, technology enablement, performance metrics and dashboards, learning and development planning, external sales organization management, field business planning, account and roster management, targeting, onboarding, and national field meetings.
