- willing to travel up to 30%
- Oncology or specialty-market experience,
- sales operations expertise,
- knowledge of healthcare reimbursement,
- team leadership,
- tech-savviness, including AI.
Focus on oncology, supporting sales organizations, with responsibilities spanning field deployment, incentive compensation, reporting, and learning initiatives.
Work SetupField-based within the U.S., with regional flexibility.
