Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Horsham, PA!

This is a direct hire role meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

** Benefits:*

* + 1st shift opening, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

+ Pay: $72,290.00 - $91,566.00

+ 10% bonus opportunity

* Description:

*
* Lead a skilled manufacturing team responsible for building complex wet-process systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Ensure safe, high-quality production while meeting delivery schedules and improving team performance in a clean, precision-focused environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead, coach, and support manufacturing technicians.

+ Prioritize work orders and adjust staffing to maintain production schedules.

+ Balance workflow and monitor critical parts and assemblies through production.

+ Enforce quality, safety, ISO, training, calibration, and preventive-maintenance requirements.

+ Partner with Lean teams on continuous-improvement initiatives, including 5S and Six Sigma.

+ Track and communicate production metrics through reports and shop-floor reviews.

+ Manage material transactions and inventory accuracy in SAP.

+ Promote accountability, safety, teamwork, and technical excellence.

** Required Qualifications*
* + High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

+ At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

+ Experience in an ISO-regulated environment preferred.

+ Background in high-precision product assembly.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to interpret schematics, bills of materials, routing documents, and mechanical drawings.

+ SAP experience preferred; MRP knowledge required.

+ Ability to work in a cleanroom and lift up to 30 pounds.

+ Regular on-site presence required.

** Preferred Experience*
* + Semiconductor equipment manufacturing.

+ Vacuum equipment assembly.

+ Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement practices.
