Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work and maintaining sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.

Location: UPS Willow Grove – 700 Blair Mill Road, Horsham, PA 19044 (online applications accepted only).

Schedule: Full and part‑time schedule;
Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am. Details provided during interview.

Cashier/food service experience required.

$16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

Internal employee referral bonus available.

• Prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables; weighing and measuring ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards; distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Store foods in designated areas per wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service‑oriented manner.
• Relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Perform sales transactions, entering sales into the cash register accurately.
• Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable payment forms.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Be responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring cash drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
