The primary purpose of this job is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, help customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness of the entire gas station area, and respond to any emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.
Duties and Responsibilities- Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, check dates, change pricing of items going out of code, and does all department tasks as needed.
- Resupplies island items - move cartons of oil, put cans of oil into racks, fill window washer containers with solution, and refill paper towel rack.
- Collect and bag all trash from the island.
- Maintains cleanliness and snow removal of the island.
- Help customers and complete transactions.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs

- Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
- Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
- Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
- Max pull static: 20 lbs.
- Team Members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.
- Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.
- Must complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training.
- Must complete and follow Confined Space training.
- Must complete Right-to-Know training.
