Under the direction of the Vice President of Aftermarket, this role drives the growth of aftermarket sales revenue for Thermal and Extrusion parts and services in North America (Mexico, Canada, USA). It accurately prepares quotes, reviews terms & conditions, and meets or exceeds customer expectations to secure the success and profitability of CPM Process Solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES- Prepare quotes for customers based on email requests, phone calls, and outside sales manager leads.
- Assist in locating new sales opportunities through tactics such as cold‑calling and building mailing lists.
- Provide effective customer service to maximize sales and profits.
- Communicate with team members to ensure on‑time delivery and accuracy.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Follow up on sales leads to advance the sales process.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Participate in company sales meetings to improve communication, understanding, and teamwork.
- Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Populate information relevant to quotes and follow‑ups using existing platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) to meet expectations of managers, team members, and customers.
- Review purchase orders and verify prices and parts are correct.
- Knowledge of product, theories, and practices of the industry.
- Background in industrial sales, selling processes, and Incoterms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers over phone and email.
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred for managing customer interactions.
- Ability to identify potential leads and reach out to them effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to work under critical time deadlines and pressures.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry‑related experience.
- Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods.
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers.
- Communication skills using spoken word.
- Ability to see within normal parameters.
- Ability to hear within normal range.
- Normal office environment.
- Required:
English. - Bilingual:
Spanish or French not required but preferred. - Proficiency in local language.
