The Warehouse Associate at Myonex is responsible for performing all duties related to the daily operations of the warehouse, including picking, packing of orders, receiving shipments, shipping products, housekeeping, and inventory control. The position works closely with colleagues and team members within Operations and Quality to ensure that goods are correctly received, stored, and shipped according to all procedures, regulations, and customer standards.
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Horsham, PA. Shifts are ten hours long, four days a week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
- Support the operations, logistics, receiving, shipping, and inventory control of products.
- Ensure inventory is status‑labelled properly and stored in the correct storage locations.
- Work with the Warehouse Operations Supervisor and Manager Warehouse and Logistics, US to ensure regulatory compliance is always maintained.
- Ensure that all scheduled shipments are processed accurately and shipped on time, in accordance with company requirements.
- Ensure all site shipments are processed in accordance with customer requirements and distribution instructions.
- Actively participate in the storage, inventory and preparation of controlled temperature shippers and supporting materials.
- Follow up with the logistics teams and couriers to confirm that shipments are picked up on time and according to the specified requirements.
- Perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure all deviations are raised as directed by operations management and QA.
- Support the investigation of incidents and complaints as required by operations management and QA.
- Provide suggestions and improvements for work‑related processes and procedures.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a GMP warehouse.
- Participate in GMP labelling and distribution activities, under the guidance of the Production Supervisor as needed, based on workload and resource availability. Activities will occur in the ambient, chilled, and frozen environments.
- Work in temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C, 2°C to 8°C, and –25°C to –15°C with appropriate PPE.
- Handle products in accordance with the labelled storage conditions (uncontrolled, 20°C, 5°C, –20°C and –80°C) including packaging materials inclusive of dry ice.
- Any other duties as directed by Warehouse Operational Management.

- High School diploma or equivalent business experience is required with 2‑5 years’ experience in warehousing and domestic/international distribution operations.
- Experience with in a pharmaceutical or other similarly regulated industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge/understanding of managing and shipping Dangerous Goods is preferred.
- Proficient in operating systems including Oracle, eQms, etc.
- Experience with international shipping documentation and regulations is desirable but not essential.
- A basic understanding of cGMPs, GDPs, GXP inventory control, materials management and cold chain shipment is desirable but not essential.
- Detail oriented, strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy and reliable, accountable, flexible, and adaptive.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet functions.
- Knowledge of ERP and inventory management software also helpful.
- Current forklift license holder is preferred.
