Team Lead – Trainer (Vocational Training Academy)

Your job:

- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of apprenticeship training programs in Electrical Engineering and IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational needs.
- Lead and manage practical and theory-integrated training in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, PLCs, Networking, and Microcontrollers.
- Drive adoption of emerging IT topics including Programming, IoT, Cybersecurity, AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
- Partner with Operations, TEC, and HR to define skill requirements, recruit apprentices, and guide selection processes.
- Coach trainers, promote innovative teaching methods, and implement digital learning platforms (e.g., Festo LX)
- Enhance training quality, ensuring alignment with German dual training standards and local industry demands.

Your qualification:

- 8–12 years’ experience with 3–5 years in vocational or technical training, including curriculum design and apprentice development.
- Strong background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or IT with hands-on expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, and electrical installations.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience as a trainer, coordinator, or team lead
