Role Description   This part-time Lecturer in Chemistry role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The lecturer will plan and deliver clear, engaging lessons in general chemistry aligned with the institution’s curriculum and examination requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom lectures, supervising problem-solving sessions, and guiding students through core concepts and applications. The lecturer will also support laboratory-based demonstrations where applicable, monitor student progress, provide feedback, and participate in academic discussions with colleagues to improve teaching practices.

Additional responsibilities may include setting and evaluating assignments and tests, and offering extra support sessions for learners needing additional assistance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of NEET Chemistry and related foundational chemistry concepts.
Candidates should possess Lecturing and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement
Candidates should possess Research skills to stay current with developments in chemistry and innovative teaching methods.
Relevant academic qualification in Chemistry (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
higher degrees are an advantage).
Prior teaching or coaching experience in chemistry, preferably with students preparing for competitive exams.
Clear communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts simply, and supportive attitude toward diverse learners.
Ability to work scheduled part-time hours on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with academic staff.
