At Khana Kreations, we're building two exciting brands—  Gully Guccha  (Authentic North Indian Street Food & Meals) and   Via Persa   (Artisan Italian Cuisine). Our purpose is simple:

The Opportunity   This is a founding role. You will build the food cost and supply chain capability that will support our next phase of growth. If you enjoy solving operational challenges, working closely with chefs and creating systems that improve profitability, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities  
· Own food cost management across brands and outlets.

· Drive recipe costing, yield improvement and menu profitability.

· Build procurement processes and develop high-quality vendor partnerships.

· Negotiate cost, quality and service with suppliers.

· Implement inventory controls, stock audits and wastage reduction initiatives.

· Standardise recipe costing, portion control and kitchen SOPs.

· Develop dashboards for food cost, inventory, vendor performance and gross margins.

· Partner with chefs and operations teams to improve efficiencies.

· Create scalable systems to support future expansion.
Ideal Candidate  
· 3-5 years' experience in QSR, restaurants or hospitality.

· Hands-on experience in food costing, procurement and inventory management.

· Strong analytical and Excel skills.

· Comfortable working on the shop floor with chefs and operations teams.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building systems.
