National Park Medical Center, a 163‑bed full‑service hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas, invites applicants to join our dedicated team of paramedics. As a frontline responder, you will deliver lifesaving care while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other clinical staff.
LocationHot Springs, Arkansas – a scenic community in the Ouachita Mountains.

- Respond promptly to emergency medical calls and assess patients' conditions.
- Administer emergency care, including stabilization, monitoring, and resuscitation.
- Provide medications and perform procedures within scope of practice.

Education
- Paramedic Technical Certification or associate degree – required
Licensure & Certifications
- Current State of Arkansas Paramedic Licensure – required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within the first week of orientation
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 6 months of employment
Skills & Experience
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to work independently in high‑pressure situations.
- Prior experience in emergency services or acute care – preferred
