Spa Massage Therapist

Your role:

• Consistently arrive at work on time each day
• Present a professional appearance
• Communicate clearly and politely with each client
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members to avoid mistakes and promote morale.
• Perform massages & spa treatments booked
• Set-up and tear-down and cleaning of massage room

You must have:

• Graduated from an accredited massage school or have passed the National Certification exam for massage therapy
• Montana Massage license
• Massage Insurance
• The ability to commute to work
• The ability to contribute to a high functioning team

We start at 35% commission plus tips. After 1 year of employment we offer opportunities to graduate to 40% and ultimately 45% commission based on reliability and performance. All employees of the spa receive 65% off all services, and 35% off retail products. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to sign up for 401k and health insurance.
