Factory

Location:

Hot Springs, AR
Compensation: $16/hour
Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - Saturday
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with finding products, including bottled water and related items
  • Answering customer questions and providing information about products
  • Providing excellent customer service during the loading/unloading process.
  • Loading and unloading water bottles/cases (including 5 and 2.5-gallon bottles) and other related products onto trucks and into store inventory
  • Using equipment like carts, dollies, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (if certified) to assist with loading and unloading
  • Ensuring items are properly secured during transport
  • Helping customers with carrying and loading their purchases into their vehicles
  • Assisting with the delivery, stocking and restocking shelves or racks in the store
  • Organizing stock and maintaining inventory levels
  • Assisting with the delivery and receiving incoming shipments of water and related products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the loading/unloading area
  • Performing general labor tasks as assigned
  • Following safety procedures, particularly related to lifting and handling heavy items
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as water bottles up to 60lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, twist, and maneuver in the workspace.
  • Training and Certification:
    Depending on the vehicles or equipment used, a forklift certification may be required. Must have a valid Arkansas driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to pass any company requirements to safely operate company vehicles
  • Safety:
    Adherence to safety regulations and proper lifting techniques is essential
  • Customer Interaction:
    While focused on physical tasks, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers is important

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
