Dizario Search is currently supporting a search for a Plant Manager based in Hot Springs, AR. Our client is a respected and growing manufacturer in the aerospace industry, seeking a proven leader to oversee and elevate all aspects of their plant operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, with metal forming experience being highly preferred. • Provide leadership and direction across all areas of the plant, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational performance to meet or exceed KPIs related to delivery, quality, cost, and safety.
• Lead and develop department managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and professional growth.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage plant budgets, staffing, production planning, and scheduling to align with business objectives.
• Support capital project planning and execution related to production equipment and facility upgrades.

Plant Manager Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a plant or operations leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of metals manufacturing, with preference for candidates experienced in metal forming.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
