We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at The Springs of Red Oak in Hot Springs, Arkansas. • Provide high-quality care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform vital signs, dressing changes, and other skilled nursing tasks
• Participate in patient assessments, progress notes, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and medication administration
• Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
