A premier racing organization in Hot Springs, Arkansas is looking for a Seasonal Outrider to ensure the safety of all participants during both training and live racing. This part-time position requires applicants to be at least 21 years old and have experience riding horses, along with strong communication skills. Duties include leading animals, enforcing rules, and maintaining order on the track.

A background check and drug screening are mandatory before employment.
