This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. The hourly range is $12.75 to $13.50, with incentive pay based on performance.

Sales Associate. Sales Associates keep people smiling at Aaron’s. As a positive, energetic force on the floor, you will drive sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find just what they need. You will also work with customer files and contracts, and you may help clean, organize, and move merchandise.

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise.
• Help customers find what they need.
• Handle clerical duties such as customer files and contracts.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.

• Solid communication skills.
• Desire to help customers.
• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided).
• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
