Position: Home Health LPN — 1:1 Care, Flexible Hours

Interim Health Care of the Black Hills is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Hot Springs, SD. The role provides skilled nursing visits under RN direction, empowering patients to stay safe and independent at home.

The ideal candidate has an SD LPN license, CPR, and 1+ year in home health. We offer flexible assignments, 1:1 patient ratios, and growth opportunities through online training and CEUs.
