Teacher Aide

Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis;

Provides classroom support by helping with materials preparation

and assisting individual students;

Provide administrative support to the school such as covering

reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g.

answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and

stakeholders);

Performs chaperon duties e.g. chaperon to students going on

external Learning Journeys, etc (as and when required); the

Personnel should be covered by Work Injury Compensation

Act by company;

Provide administrative support such as packing, sorting &

distribution of materials or items;

Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of

resources;

Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing;

Provide necessary support in school events;

Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school.
