Job Description
Reports directly to Operations Manager and/or HOD/Aesthetics and Applied Science
Oversees daily operations & maintenance of Creative Arts Complex (CAC) including but not limited to Reflections Theatre (RT), CCA rooms, VVIP room.
Primarily in charge of scheduled repair and maintenance of CAC specialised equipment including sound & lighting system, cherry picker, CAC retractable seats and AV accessories within RTs (including dressing room), CCA room, and VVIP room.
Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre
Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)
To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre
To provide AVA and logistics support to school operations whenever the need arises
