Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Teacher
Working Days and Time:
Wed - Fri 11am to 9pm, Sat – Sun 9am to 6pm
Working
Location:
Mainly Hougang, with 1–2 days weekly at Ang Mo Kio
Salary: $2000 to $3500 (Depends on qualifications & experiences)
Responsibilities- Conduct abacus and mental arithmetic lessons according to the teaching syllabus and procedures.
- Plan and mark students’ homework and ensure homework completion.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning progress, centre holidays, events, and class schedule adjustments.
- Update students’ progress reports to ensure they meet expected learning standards.
- Assist in preparing for competitions, assessment exams, and in-house events.
- Perform administrative duties such as attendance-taking, recording, and uploading online class videos.
- Must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Computer literacy in Zoom, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Training will be provided.
