Responsibility
Provide physical, emotional and social care for our nursing home residents.
Job Description- Assist therapists to deliver therapy exercise according to care plan
- Supervise the elderly in practising activities of daily living
- Facilitate small group activities and conduct bedside therapy exercise
- Maintain, clean and sterilize rehabilitation equipment
- Ensure safety of the elderly during rehabilitation sessions
- Assist with feeding residents
- Administrative duties
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
- Certificate in Therapy Support
- Passionate in caring for the elderly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to commit work schedule Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday (half day)
This role is for our new nursing home in Hougang that will commence in early 2026. For shortlisted candidates, you will be nesting at our current branch at Macpherson.
