Responsibilities
- Assist in school-initiated projects, provide project updates to the HOD/ICT, prepare relevant documentation and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of ICT programmes, ensure strict adherence to MOE policies and guidelines.
- Aid the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate with ICT inventory and asset management.
- Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel, including Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors.
- Help plan structured ICT training programmes for all staff and students.
- Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT-related programmes or activities.
- Help design and maintain the school website (ISOMER).
- Design posters and collaterals for school events.
- Handle photography and videography needs for the school, including pre- and post-production.
- Compile students’ ICT works and projects for showcase and archival.
- Conduct timely online surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of ICT courses and resources.
- Assist the e‑Supervisor (e‑Sup) with the physical setup of e‑Oral and e‑Support.
- Aide the HOD/ICT and teachers in integrating ICT tools in teaching and learning.
- Assist the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate in driving an e‑learning culture to expand teaching and learning.
- Support the implementation of e‑learning activities.
- Collaborate with the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate in managing the school’s resources, such as replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT equipment.
- Assist in managing and optimizing Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.
- Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.
- Organise training to familiarise students with ICT tools and e‑learning platforms.
- Assist ICT Manager/Associate during teacher training on the use of ICT and AV equipment.
- Review all training programmes for students and teachers, and make necessary improvements.
- Plan, assist and conduct CCA training when required by the Authority.
- Prepare and train students for ICT-related competitions (e.g., National Robotic Competition).
- Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology related.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably with MOE schools.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Office Suite (including Google Classroom and G Suite admin).
- Proficient in Adobe media editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition.
- Proficient in Apple media editing software such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Garage Band, Logic Pro and Motion.
- Proficient in design media software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; candidates must provide a sample demo of prior media work.
- At least 1 year of ISOMER admin experience and Google Workspace Administrator experience.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience using Students Learning Space (SLS).
1‑year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
