Logistics Coordinator ) | 5 Days | Up to $2,800 + AWS

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Coordinator in the East or North East Region. This is a full-time position based in either Hougang or Tampines, working 5 days per week
. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution operations. The Logistics Coordinator bridges communication between warehouse teams, clients, and management, ensuring that all logistics processes run efficiently and that deliveries meet strict timelines. This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting the growth of our logistics operations.

• Prepare and process shipping documents, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Update shipment schedules and keep logistics records up to date.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Check packing lists and shipping documents before delivery.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and stock transfers in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide order and delivery updates.
• Support daily logistics operations and perform general administrative duties.

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any field.
• Experience in logistics, order processing, warehouse operations, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and pay attention to details.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Basic Salary:
  Up to $2,800 (Gross salary: $3,000 to $3,500)
