Join Lloyd Motor Group as a Service Advisor at our Houghton‑Le‑Spring Service Centre.

Salary: £30,000 with OTE of £34,800.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.

• Deal with customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advise on technical queries and issues.
• Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell repairs, parts and finalise the invoice upon completion.

• Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service department.
• Customer relations experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be well presented.
• IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
