PENSHAW EQUESTRIAN CENTRE Require a Lead Coach for our BHS CLTH Programme Opportunity to join our ever growing team For a business est 49 years Qualifications Minimum BHS Stage 3 care (or equivalent) and BHS Stage 2 teach or BHS Coaching 4 All qualification recommended to be an APC.

Up to date Safeguarding – First Aid and DBS And or Equivalent QTS (qualified Teacher Status) Sencol/TLR Are you looking to take the next step in your career without classroom teaching responsibilities all day everyday (there maybe some subjects to add in as this programme grows eg Maths & English).

Full Time Position for CLTH to be actively involved as part of #TEAMPEC Competitive salary according to BHS & Teaching qualifications/experience.

CLTH is a BHS Alternative Provision Education Programme of regular sessions, taking place here r main role is to facilitate and support the development of six key life skills in young people through Equine. Assisted learning.

You will guide participants in Developing Communication, confidence, teamwork, building relationships, perseverance and responsibility using the programmes structured awards and activities.

You'll also work to ensure the Safety and well being of all participants and the horses involved. CLTH has been running here at PEC for 3 years.
