Salary: £100 - £130 per day

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a number of supportive secondary schools across Sunderland who are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long‑term basis. These schools promote a positive learning environment with strong behaviour policies and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.

The schools are looking to take on a reliable Cover Supervisor to support across Maths, Science and a variety of other subjects when needed. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing classroom behaviour, delivering pre‑planned work and ensuring students remain engaged throughout lessons.

• Experience working with secondary school students
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects including Maths and Science
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working within schools
• A positive attitude and willingness to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4
