Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a full-time supply basis for the Autumn Term at a small specialist school in Houghton-le-Spring (DH4).
The role supports pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, working at EYFS/KS1 level, with secondary-age pupils. Previous primary or early years experience is beneficial.
Ideal candidate holds HLTA status or equivalent, can lead small groups, build positive relationships and adapt to a supportive learning environment.
