Paddock Stile Manor Dementia Care Home – Philadelphia Lane, Newbottle, Houghton-le-Spring, Tyne & Wear, DH4 4ES

Pay: £13.80 per hour

Schedule:

22 – 38.5 hours, Days and Nights

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high‑quality care
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents’ well‑being and updating care records
• Liaising with health‑care professionals and families
• Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
• Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
• Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
• Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings

We’re Seeking Someone Who Is

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
• A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• A great communicator and team player
• Willing to continue learning and developing professionally
